Symposium Guidelines
We require a number of 4 communications per symposium. Each communication should last no more than 15 minutes, followed by 3 minutes of questions. You will need to provide a title for the symposium, as well as the name of the authors, a title and an abstract for each of the communication.
Abstracts should be about 300 words long.
All presentations must be submitted as an MP4 file by the 14th of June.
Participants in the sessions will be able to ask questions during the presentation which will be read by the moderator at the end of the presentation.
Talk Guidelines

Presentations can either be accepted as a talk, accepted as a poster presentation, or refused.

Poster Guidelines
Poster presentations should be submitted as either a JPEG/JPG file, PDF file or as an audio presentation (no longer than 10 minutes, 3 or 4 slides).
All presentations must be submitted as a JPEG/JPG file, PDF or MP4 file by the 14th of June.
Sessions will be allocated to each poster presentation to let registered participants discuss the poster with their author(s).

We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately.
